Having spent over twenty years within the criminal justice system—including half of my adult life incarcerated—I gained a perspective that completely transformed my life. I went from a Criminal, to a person now holding an Associate Degree in Leadership and Christian Ministry from Liberty University. I share this with pride, to highlight my turning point. During my final six years inside, I discovered my true passion: helping others avoid this path and supporting those facing it.
Incarceration is rarely a solitary experience; mothers, fathers, children, and spouses suffer deeply alongside you. I lost the most important person in my life while inside. That harsh reality taught me how much our loved ones hurt and grow resentful from the forced separation.
However, it does not have to be a blind journey. By understanding what you face and developing a proactive blueprint, you can make this time a success. I provide full support from start to finish. Your life does not stop here; it is just getting reset.

Growing up in North Philadelphia, making the right choices was a daily battle. By age 18, a severe drug addiction stripped away everything, leaving me homeless. To fund my habit, I turned to theft. This desperate path led to county jail and a four-year state prison sentence at just 19. Surviving that violent, highly controlled environment was absolute mental hell.
Upon release, I was mandated to rehab. There, I met Nathan, and the idea for Freedom Prison Consultants was born. Determined to change, I went on to earn a Bachelor’s in Social Work and an Associate's in Christian Counseling.
Prison is not a place you want to enter without preparation, advice, and knowledge for your family. While preparation is just the start, navigating parole and aftercare is even more critical. Today, I combine my lived experience and professional training to help women rebuild their lives.

JAIL PREPERATION.
A momentary lapse in judgment shouldn't define your future, but the criminal justice system moves fast. If you or a loved one are facing jail time, you need reliable guidance—and that is where we come in. We specialize in preparing you for every aspect of the process. From entry and booking, all the way to General Population, you will know everything. From choosing an attorney to managing the impact on your family. We offer honest, no-nonsense preparation so you can face this situation with confidence and purpose.
PRISON PREPERATION.
Looking back, I would have benefited immensely from a service like this before I was first incarcerated. There is a massive, often shocking difference between the environment of a County Jail and a State or Federal Correctional Facility. ; it truly is an all around different animal with different rules. I remember my first time going to State Prison, after I signed my plea, I asked my lawyer "what happens now?"Â He very simply replied, you will go get classified, and then you will get transported to your home jail" He said that, and walked away to other clients. The look on my face must have been one of shock...."classified", "transported", "Home Jail"?!? I was freaking out. You see, all I needed was someone to tell me the truth, step by step what I am going to do. I could not find that simple answer anywhere. My parents were worried, they too wanted to know. That very day I decided that there has to be a better way to do this.Â
PRISON MAINTENANCE.
I understand the isolation and emotional toll of doing time alone. Relationships often fracture inside and navigating the system without outside support is incredibly difficult. WE GOT YOUR BACK. We are here to help you navigate institutional transfers, file or appeal grievances, and advocate for the urgent medical care you are entitled to that most do not know about.Â
Facing problems behind bars doesn't mean you are on your own. Does is make it harder? You have no idea. A lot of times even those with a whole family by our side, just do not understand Prison. Girlfriends don't get it, and neither do boyfriends. Inmates need things just like anyone else in life. Reach out to us with a problem and if we are not the right place to figure it out, we will send you somewhere than can.Â
PAROLE PREPERATION.

With 25 years of combined experience, I know that facing the parole board is challenging. While I am not an attorney, I provide specialized, in-prison preparation to guide you on crucial do's and don'ts, beneficial classes, and exactly what the board looks for—boasting a 5-for-5 success rate on release. Don't face the board unprepared. I can offer help that could dramatically influence the results. We also work with lawyers that have a specialized work in Probation and Parole hearings, if you plan on getting representation, let us know and we will get you the right attorney for your needs.Â

If you talk to anybody that has ever been released from Prison, they will tell you that it is not easy starting over. Finding a job, getting settled in, worrying about living arrangements, buying all you need, even if you have help doing all this, it is extremely stressful. We work with employers that offer jobs to felons so when you touchdown on the outside, you will already have a Job waiting for you that your interested in (within reason). We will have a phone ready for you to use the very minute your released. You will also have housing options set up if needed, even getting transportation from the Prison to any Halfway House, Parole Office, whatever we can do to make your success easier to obtain, WE GOT YOUR BACK.Â

POSTMAN.
This is a service much like Prison Maintenance. Where the Maintenance service provided help such as transfers, appealing grievances, copies, and overall introducing to every agency they you should need to make sure you are being treated fair. Prison Postman was created for those who needs books or , magazines subscriptions, a Christmas gift for your kid, or some Roses for a special someone. Maybe you want a Pen Pel? WE GOT YOUR BACK. Virtually anything within reason we can do.Â
SPECIAL NEEDS INMATES.
"Special needs" inmates include individuals with mental or physical health conditions, those in protective or administrative custody, and high-profile cases. If you fall into any of these categories, obtaining specialized support is critical. Please contact us immediately to discuss your situation, as there may be time-sensitive legal filings or notifications required prior to classification. Special needs units often operate on a different block, schedule, and routine than the general population, including unique meal, visiting, and phone times. If you feel that you will need a special needs unit, don't be scared, or ashamed. Many people are designated to these units and end up even liking them better. Please inform us immediately if you qualify for this status so we can provide the specific guidance required for your situation. ​
